Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the `Gun Ban Repeal Act of 1995'. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF THE BAN ON SEMIAUTOMATIC ASSAULT WEAPONS AND THE BAN ON LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICES. (a) In General: Section 922 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking subsections (v) and (w) and by striking the appendix. (b) Conforming Amendments and Repeal: (1) Section 921(a) of such title is amended by striking paragraph (31). (2) Section 924(a)(1)(B) of such title is amended by striking `(r), (v),'. (3) Section 923(i) of such title is amended by striking the last 2 sentences.
