Subject: RESEARCH: Wills anti-2A, NY Review of Books, 9/21/95

I'm told that the September 21 issue of the New York Review of 
Books contains an article by Gary Wills titled "Why We Have No 
Right to Bear Arms".  The article is an up to date criticism 
of research about the individual rights interpretation of the
Second Amendment.  It should be available at newsstands for
$3.25.  If anyone can secure reprint permission and transcribe
I'll be happy to include it in my archive here.

It's important to understand and be able to counter these arguments.
