If it's not in my ftp dir I don't know about it...

See the current Amrerican Rifleman insert; the generic address for
House & Senate are:

I don't think there are generic addresses for the state legislature.
The state capitol switchboard is:

  (916) 657-9900

When in doubt, contact your local library, registrar of voters
or league of women voters.  Then post so we all know.
